DIY Wood Burned Ornaments made by my kids! With some wood slices, and a wood burning kit, your kids can create anything they can dream up!
My kids love making crafts, especially when it comes to Christmas. They actually came up with the idea for these ornaments on their own. They also decided what they wanted each ornament to look like, and burned them on their own!
This post is part of the Festive Christmas Ideas blog hop! Find out more about that here, or continue scrollling to find out how to make your own wood burned ornaments!

How old do kids need to be to make wood burned ornaments?
Most wood burning kits are recommended for ages 14 and up. However, my 9 and 10 year old kids used one just fine, so it will definitely depend on the kid (only let a responsible kid use one), and should be used with adult supervision.
