Fun, free printable coloring pages for you to print out and color however you’d like! 8 different designs.
My kids love to color. And I’ll admit it, I love to color too! So when I was looking for a good place to get some coloring pages that dealt more with geometric designs, and I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I decided to make my own.
We used a variety of mediums for these coloring pages. I’m including affiliate links to the following art supplies. If you use those links, nothing will change for you (the prices stay the same), however a small amount will be made to support this blog– thanks!
Supplies we used on our printable coloring pages:
My absolute favorite pens/ markers for coloring are some Schwahn pens I picked up when I did an exchange in Germany nearly 2 decades ago (how did I suddenly get that old?). When the couple I had finally ran out of ink, I was so sad. At that time there was no place to get them, other than finding someone who was going to Europe and could bring me back a pack. So I was extremely excited when I finally found them for sale on Amazon, recently. They last for years, the ink doesn’t bleed at all, and the colors are so fun and vibrant! They come in marker-like thickness of 68, or a fine line felt tip pen 88 that’s great for detail work or writing.
We used watercolor paints on some of the coloring pages, and that made for very pretty pages. Except for the littlest, who mixed all the colors together and ended up with a dirty brownish paper. For the watercolors, I printed them out on card stock so they would hold up better.
We also love to use colored pencils for coloring at my house. Colored pencils are the best for being able to mix colors and create new shades. I personally think they’re the easiest medium to make look really good. We just used Crayola colored pencils, but I’m thinking about buying these Castle Art Supply colored pencils since they have fabulous reviews and look like they’d be much higher quality.
I hope you’ll enjoy these printable coloring pages with you kids! Just click on whichever ones you’d like to download, and enjoy!
