I ordered peaches this year to can. I have only canned peaches one other time in my life, and it was probably 10 years ago with my mom. I forgot how much work it is!
There are 48 quarts on the shelf, and I’m feeling very accomplished. I figure by the time I get all the stickiness of the floors and counters and cabinet fronts, the pears I ordered should be ready.
