Jump to Recipe
The weather has been crisp and cool the last two days, and it has felt like fall is in the air. And while the meteorologists are saying that we will be seeing high 80s again in the next couple of days, I still wanted to take advantage of the feeling of fall and enjoy some pumpkin spice.
Are you one of those people who can’t get enough pumpkin spice? If you are, this is the drink for you! And even if you aren’t a person who looks for pumpkin spice in everything, you’re still going to love this milkshake!
Creamy and delicious, and only 3 ingredients, you can’t go wrong with a Boozy Pumpkin Milkshake.
So whether it’s actually fall, or just a tease, I’m enjoying my boozy pumpkin milkshake, and pretending that pumpkin spice season is really here.
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 2 oz. pumpkin pie liquor
- 1 oz. milk as needed
Blend together ice cream and pumpkin pie liquor. Add milk if needed to make milkshakes your desired consistency.
I made these boozy pumpkin milkshakes with Fulton’s Harvest Pumpkin Pie Cream Liqueur. I’m sure there are other pumpkin liqueurs that would work as well, but I can’t speak for them, since I haven’t used them.
