Coffee and chocolate collide in this delicious Chocolate Coffee Glaze, that’s perfect for drizzling on all sorts of desserts!

I blame my coffee addiction on my sister.
You’ve probably heard me say that Dan and I met when I was a barista at a coffee shop. But what you don’t know is that my coffee drinking days date back several decades before that.
If you’re a mom, you know that in those moments when the kids stop fighting, and everything gets completely silent, something bad is happening. My mom tells a story about one such moment. My sister was a little over 2 1/2 years old. I was basically a newborn. My mom says that I wasn’t eating any solids yet.
One day, the silent moment happened for my mom. She hurried to find us to see what was going on, and what found her was shocking. My sister was feeding me the used coffee grounds from the coffee pot. And I was eating them!
So truly, I am not at fault for the fact that coffee addiction is strong in my life. It has truly been a lifelong habit! (And of course I love my sister for this delicious habit!)
And what goes better with coffee than chocolate? So I put them together to make this delicious chocolate coffee glaze.
I used this glaze to drizzle on a fabulous Chocolate Chip Latte Muffin that will be on the blog this week, so you’ll definitely want to come back to grab that recipe!
