I left carrots in the ground to use over the winte I left carrots in the ground to use over the winter. Went to grab some today, and found this giant carrot. 😆 It weighed in at 1 lb 10 oz. 
It's a dragon carrot, which is one of my favorite varieties.

Spent a few hours yesterday cleaning the high tunn Spent a few hours yesterday cleaning the high tunnel out so it's ready to plant again. 
While it does keep frost off the plants and warms up nicely when the sun is out, it's still only going to work for cold hardy plants for at least another month or two since the night temperatures are still in the 20s.

I barely bumped this mug, and the handle busted. 😭
