A delicious, sweet dessert bar packed with strawberries, that everyone is sure to love!
Preheat oven to 375º, and line a 13x9 pan with parchment paper so that it hangs over two edges.
In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt. Stir in melted butter until well combined. Set aside 1 cup of this mixture. Press remaining mixture into the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle the reserved oat mixture over the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
After baking, cool the pan of fresh strawberry bars for 5 minutes. Then carefully remove from pan by grabbing the edges of the parchment paper and lifting the whole thing out.
Allow to cool completely.
In a small bowl, combine ingredients for the glaze, and drizzle glaze over the bars, then cut and serve.
