Breakfast Casserole Bites

  • 1/2 lb. Sausage, cooked
  • 1 C. Cheese, grated
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 C. Milk
  • 1/2 C. Bisquick
  • 1/4 C. Butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • dash pepper


  1. Grease muffin tin and preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    Divide sausage and cheese among muffin cups.

  2. Place remaining ingredients in a blender.  Blend for one minute.  Pour into muffin cups.

  3. Bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of one of the breakfast casserole bites comes out clean.

  4. Serve immediately, or store in an air tight container in the fridge.
